We are proud to continue to reach out to a diverse group of organizations for our #GivingBack program, and are happy to welcome 4 Horsemen Rehabilitation Services’ staff to our roster of folks being certified in Building Resilient Teams™!
4 Horsemen describes their organization’s mission as “organic and responsive to the communities it serves”: Founder James Richardson, while ending a highly successful, 30-year career as a decorated Army Noncommissioned Officer, began thinking about who he could serve in the next chapter of his life. His brother, Michael Richardson, had recently been released from prison after a 10-year sentence. For most if his life, Michael had been in and out of prison, and, over the years, largely unsuccessful in navigating reintegration; James Richardson then established 4 Horsemen Rehabilitation to assist formerly incarcerated people in Georgia’s Greater Atlanta area as they reintegrate into society, serve them in learning skills that will make them employable, and partner with other organizations to most effectively serve the large annual number of returning citizens.
The four founders of the organization are a diverse group with a wide variety of backgrounds, with areas of competency and expertise including organizational leadership, mental health, case management, education, social work, personal development, and first-hand knowledge of the incarceration system and employment-related re-entry services provided by the state. 4 Horsemen currently offers a variety of programs in four primary categories: Leadership, Mentorship, Education and Resiliency.
The 4 Horsemen Rehabilitation Services staff are being instructed by Samira Searcy, who volunteered her time to teach the exam prep training course.

Taking care of our community is a core value at the Resilience-Building Leader Program. Our primary Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiative is to provide RBLP exam prep and leadership certifications to front-line supervisors, middle managers, and senior leaders at selected charitable nonprofit organizations at no cost.
