The Resilience-Building Leader Program™ is the credentialing body for the Resilience-Building Leadership Professional™ (RBLP™) series of leadership certifications. Our mission is to identify and certify people that are ready to build resilient teams and lead them in a challenging environment. People that earn an RBLP™ certification can be confident that their professional credential is based on competency standards developed in accordance with industry best practices in exam development and administration.
We are a member organization of the Institute for Credentialing Excellence. Our credentialing efforts are aligned with the standards set forth in the Standards for Educational and Psychological Testing (American Educational Research Association, American Psychological Association, & National Council on Education Measurement, 2014).
Our certification processes and procedures ensure that all RBLP™ credential holders demonstrate their competence adequately and fairly. Our certification exams provide the public with a dependable mechanism for certifying that front-line supervisors, middle managers, and senior leaders have met relevant standards of competence.
