The Resilience-Building Leader Program is excited to announce that you can now apply for the RBLP leadership certifications through the U.S. Coast Guard Credentialing Opportunities On-Line (COOL) website!
This reflects an ongoing commitment to provide personal and professional development to those serving in the military, and it is the fifth arm of the U.S. Military’s COOL programs through which our leadership certifications are now available for active duty members and those transitioning into civilian work. RBLP is about building resilient teams that can adapt and be Stronger Together!
From the USCG COOL Program’s website:
For a Coast Guardsman, civilian credentials are important for two main reasons:
Workforce Professionalization: The Coast Guard is dedicated to supporting workforce professionalization to ensure our Service members remain Ready, Relevant, and Responsive across our Total Mission Portfolio.
Smoother Transitions: When you transition back to civilian employment, credentials help you translate your military training and experience into something civilian employers can easily recognize. That can help you get hired, get a better job, or be promoted sooner!
