Resilient teams are stronger together and they make learning and change possible. Our purpose is to share this truth with leaders everywhere. Our vision is to create a worldwide community of practice committed to Building and Leading Resilient Teams.
Each person that earns one of our Resilience-Building Leadership Professional® (RBLP®) leadership certifications is issued a digital badge via the Credly platform.
Digital badges can be shared online and added to your LinkedIn profile for maximum visibility and recognition. Digital badges are also an easy and secure means for employers and others to verify your certification status.
Join the RBLP® Trainers Network group on LinkedIn. This group is for current RBLP-T certification holders only. In this group, we share opportunities to teach the Building and Leading Resilient Teams course for our college, university, workforce development, and corporate L&D partners.
