Building and Leading Resilient Teams by RBLP®
These pages on LinkedIn and Facebook are where we talk about why people should get certified in Building and Leading Resilient Teams.
Why Get Certified in Building and Leading Resilient Teams?
Collective resilience is the team’s ability to overcome adversity, and then adapt and grow together because of that adversity. Resilient teams are the key to both individual and organizational resilience. Resilient teams are stronger together and they make learning and change possible.
Our purpose at RBLP® is to share the importance of Building and Leading Resilient Teams with leaders everywhere.

Resilience-Building Leader Program (RBLP®)
This is our main corporate page on LinkedIn where we talk about our mission, vision, and partners.
Our mission at RBLP® is to certify front-line supervisors (RBLP), middle managers (RBLP-C), and senior leaders (RBLP-T) in Building and Leading Resilient Teams. Our vision is to create a worldwide community of practice committed to Building and Leading Resilient Teams.
Who do we partner with?
We authorize colleges, universities, workforce training companies, career schools, and organizations with L&D capabilities to teach the Building and Leading Resilient Teams exam prep training course that we developed. This 7-week course meets the education/training requirement for the RBLP® series of leadership certification exams.

Professional Development for RBLP® Certified Leaders
This page on LinkedIn is where we share professional development resources for the RBLP® Community of Practice.
As leaders, we all have more to learn.
We created this page for RBLP® certification holders, but it’s available to everyone!
On this page, we share books from the RBLP® Professional Reading List and articles from the RBLP® Blog. Reading is essential for professional development. We encourage our certification holders to read books and articles about teamwork, leadership, learning, change, and other topics relevant to the workplace. We also share our favorite podcasts on this page.
