Refund Policy. To obtain a refund for a scheduled exam, you must submit a refund request via the contact page at least three (3) days prior to the exam date. The Resilience-Building Leader Program will retain a processing fee of $150.
Reschedule Policy. To reschedule an exam, you must submit a reschedule request via the contact page at least three (3) days prior to the exam date. The cost to reschedule an exam is $75.
No-Show Policy. Failure to attend a scheduled exam video teleconference without a timely request for refund or reschedule is considered a no-show. If you are a no-show, you will forfeit the exam fee and must pay the full certification exam fee again in order to schedule another exam.
Failed Exam Policy. Failure to pass the certification exam will result in a negative certification decision. Applicants that fail the exam may schedule another certification exam no sooner than thirty (30) days following the failed attempt. The reexamination fee is 50% of the applicable certification exam cost.
Accommodations Policy. Requests for exam modification accommodations due to disability, handicap, or other conditions will be considered with supporting documentation. Submit accommodation inquiries via the contact page.
Complaints and Appeals Policy. All certification related complaints and appeals must be reported in writing within 30 days of the event or incident to the Resilient-Building Leader Program address on the contact page of this site. We will review and validate the complaint in a timely manner, and you will be notified of the outcome. The record of the complaint or appeal, including any actions taken to resolve the complaint, will be confidential.
