Corporate Social Responsibility

Taking care of our community is a core value at the Resilience-Building Leader Program. Our primary Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiative is to provide FREE exam prep coaching and RBLP certification to front-line leaders at selected non-profit organizations.

By leveraging our core business activity, we are able to make a long-term commitment to this effort. Our non-profit partners can count on us to sustain this initiative indefinitely. We have committed to providing a total of $100,000 of coaching and certification to our non-profit partners in CY2020.

An RBLP certification says that you are ready to build resilient teams and lead them in a challenging environment. Non-profit work can certainly be challenging.

Front-line leaders at non-profits are often tasked with building teams of part-time volunteers to accomplish the organization’s mission. Collective resilience in the face of these difficult missions is essential. Non-profit organizations need resilient teams that can adapt and grow together in the face of adversity.

Mutual benefit is required to ensure the long-term success of a CSR initiative and we are looking for non-profit partners in the U.S. and Canada. The right partnerships will provide:

  1. Benefits to the non-profit organization from FREE exam prep coaching and RBLP certification for front-line leaders.
  2. Benefits to the Resilience-Building Leader Program via our support for, and association with, outstanding non-profits that are doing important work in the community.
