Eligible active-duty military, veterans, and others entitled to GI Bill^® benefits can be reimbursed for the cost of Building and Leading Resilient Teams exam prep training and the Resilience-Building Leader Program (RBLP^®) certification exams.

Reimbursement for exam prep course cost.

Enroll in the Building and Leading Resilient Teams exam prep course at one of our Authorized Education or Training Partners below.

Complete VA Form 22-10272. (Some fields have been pre-filled if listed in the Authorized Education or Training Partners.)

Upload your completed form through QuickSubmit on AccessVARequest.

Include enrollment verification from the prep course provider.
Include a copy of the payment receipt.

Reimbursement for certification exam fee.

Complete an RBLP, RBLP-C, or RBLP-T certification exam.

Complete VA Form 22-0803 to request RBLP; or

Complete VA Form 22-0803 to request RBLP-C; or

Complete VA Form 22-0803 to request RBLP-T.

Include a copy of your exam results email.
Include a copy of the payment receipt.
