Military personnel in the Army, Air Force, and Coast Guard can use the COOL and CA programs to pay for an exam prep course in Building and Leading Resilient Teams and all three levels of Resilience-Building Leadership Professional® (RBLP®) certification exams.
The Marine Corps COOL program pays for certification exams only and does not pay for training.
The Navy COOL program is currently not funding RBLP certification exams. Active-duty Sailors can use GI Bill® benefits for our certification exams.
