Topics covered in this certificate program include:

  • Boosting teamwork by developing cohesion among team members. 
  • Improving motivation and commitment by providing purpose in the workplace.
  • Increasing the team’s ability to solve problems and overcome challenges by facilitating team learning. 
  • Enhancing the organization’s ability to change and compete by supporting organizational learning.

I anticipate putting what I learn into practice right away in the workplace.

I would like to use my education benefits to sit for a leadership certification exam at Resilience-Building Leader Program (RBLP).

There are three levels of RBLP leadership certification:

Collective resilience is the team’s ability to overcome adversity, and then adapt and grow together because of that adversity. Resilient teams are the key to both individual and organizational resilience. Resilient teams are stronger together and they make learning and change possible.

The RBLP series of leadership certification exams are conducted one-on-one in English or Spanish by exam administrators holding doctoral degrees. RBLP conducts oral exams via video conference because leadership knowledge can be tested more effectively by oral exam. Passing an oral exam also ensures that certification holders can coach and train others.

I recently completed a certificate program in Building and Leading Resilient Teams at (insert college or university).

I am now qualified to sit for the (choose one: RBLP, RBLP-C, RBLP-T certification exam) and the cost is (choose one: $875, $1575, $2375).
