Employer Education Benefits
Education benefits (tuition assistance) provided by your employer can be used to pay for college and university certificate programs in Building and Leading Resilient Teams and the Resilience-Building Leadership Professional® (RBLP™) series of certification exams.
Using your education benefits allows you to enhance your skills and increase your value to the organization at the same time. Contact your HR department for more information on how to use your education benefits.
See our templates for requesting employer education benefits.
We created the RBLP Payment Plan for our customers that must pay “out-of-pocket” for education expenses and then submit for employer reimbursement. This financing option offers 0% down and the full balance due in 60 days with 0% interest.
The RBLP Payment Plan allows our customers to avoid paying interest on a credit card balance while they wait for employer or GI Bill® reimbursement of certification exam costs. Select RBLP Payment Plan on the checkout page after scheduling your exam.
If you don’t have education benefits, we also offer a 12-month payment plan for our certification exams. Contact [email protected] for more information.
Credentialing Opportunities Online (COOL) and Credentialing Assistance (CA) Programs for U.S. Military Personnel
Army, Air Force, and Coast Guard Credentialing Assistance (CA) programs can pay for training programs in Building and Leading Resilient Teams and our Resilience-Building Leadership Professional® (RBLP™) series of certification exams.
The Marine Corps and Navy programs pay for certification exams only and do not pay for training. Marines and Sailors can use GI Bill® benefits to pay for training at approved providers.
Veterans Education Benefits
Eligible active-duty military and veterans can use GI Bill® benefits to pay for training programs in Building and Leading Resilient Teams and the Resilience-Building Leadership Professional® (RBLP™) series of certification exams.
Active-duty military and veterans using GI Bill® benefits must submit training and exam receipts to the Department of Veterans Affairs for reimbursement. Visit our FAQ page and the VA website for more information.
