Our mission at Resilience-Building Leader Program (RBLP) is to certify leaders in building and leading resilient teams in the workplace. Since our founding in 2018, we have issued thousands of leader certifications.
Why? Getting the work done can be hard in any organization, and sometimes, it can be really hard. Resilient teams thrive in challenging environments because they can overcome adversity, adapt, and grow together.
Leaders build resilient teams by creating a positive climate, developing cohesion, and providing purpose. Building resilient teams makes team learning possible. Team learning is the foundation of organizational learning and change.
Getting certified is a structured learning and assessment experience that improves leadership abilities. Earning a leader certification will introduce you to new ideas and concepts. Gaining a comprehensive understanding of leader tasks will instill a greater sense of confidence in yourself.

Where do RBLP certified leaders work?
RBLP is our core leader certification. This certification is for managers responsible for one or more team’s morale, teamwork, motivation, and commitment. People who earn this certification can build and lead resilient teams.
Exam prep course required | 1.5-hour oral exam
RBLP-C is our coach certification. This certification is for managers with organizational improvement, innovation, and problem-solving responsibilities. Managers who earn this certification can coach teams through the experiential learning cycle.
Exam prep course required | 2.5-hour oral exam
RBLP-T is our trainer certification. This certification is for senior managers with organizational learning and development (L&D) responsibilities. Senior managers who earn this certification can teach authorized training courses that prepare people for the RBLP series of leader certification exams.
Exam prep course required | 3.5-hour oral exam
Our local partners teach the instructor-led Building and Leading Resilient Teams courses (3, 5, and 7 modules) that prepare you for the RBLP, RBLP-C, and RBLP-T certification exams. The partners below offer online courses with flexible start dates and schedules. Most also offer one-on-one training.

We developed the self-paced, online Leadership Fundamentals Course specifically for college students. This course will make you a better leader and more competitive for internships and jobs.
This course introduces college students to 21 core leadership tasks that everyone entering the workforce should understand. Course topics include Creating a Positive Climate, Developing Cohesion, and Providing Purpose. Audio versions of the lessons and bonus video content are also included.
The course cost is only $145. Complete the course to earn a certificate and digital badge.
The Camden NJ metro area, encompassing Burlington, Camden, and Gloucester counties in southern New Jersey, is a significant hub of commerce, culture, and education. The region’s landscape supports urban and suburban lifestyles, from high-density city living in Camden to more relaxed suburban and rural settings in Burlington and Gloucester counties.
Economically, the Camden metro area is diverse, with sectors like healthcare, education, retail, and manufacturing playing pivotal roles. Major employers include the Campbell Soup Company, which is headquartered in Camden and is a key player in the food industry. Lockheed Martin, with several facilities in the area, contributes significantly to the defense and aerospace sectors. Rowan University, located in Glassboro within Gloucester County, is rapidly expanding and offers programs in medicine, engineering, business, and the arts. Burlington County College and Camden County College also provide accessible higher education options and workforce training to meet the needs of local communities.
Culturally, the Camden metro area is vibrant, with numerous venues and events celebrating its diverse community. The Adventure Aquarium in Camden provides family-friendly entertainment with marine life exhibits. The Scottish Rite Auditorium in Collingswood and the Freedom Mortgage Pavilion in Camden offer a variety of concerts and performances, drawing both local residents and visitors. Annual festivals like the Gloucester County 4-H Fair celebrate local agriculture and community spirit, showcasing the region’s rich cultural fabric.
While the Camden metro area does not host major professional sports teams, it enjoys proximity to Philadelphia’s sports venues, where teams like the Philadelphia Eagles (NFL), Philadelphia 76ers (NBA), Philadelphia Phillies (MLB), and Philadelphia Flyers (NHL). However, the area offers abundant recreational opportunities with numerous parks and fields. The Cooper River Park in Camden County is a focal point for rowing events and other community sports activities.
Prominent attractions include the Battleship New Jersey, moored in Camden, which serves as a museum ship open to the public for tours. The historic town of Smithville in Burlington County offers a quaint mix of shops and eateries, along with seasonal events that draw crowds looking for a unique experience. Additionally, the region’s numerous parks, such as the Rancocas State Park in Burlington County, offer miles of hiking trails and natural scenery.
