Our mission at Resilience-Building Leader Program (RBLP) is to certify leaders in building and leading resilient teams in the workplace. Since our founding in 2018, we have issued thousands of leader certifications.
Why? Getting the work done can be hard in any organization, and sometimes, it can be really hard. Resilient teams thrive in challenging environments because they can overcome adversity, adapt, and grow together.
Leaders build resilient teams by creating a positive climate, developing cohesion, and providing purpose. Building resilient teams makes team learning possible. Team learning is the foundation of organizational learning and change.

Where do RBLP certified leaders work?
RBLP is our core leader certification. This certification is for managers responsible for one or more team’s morale, teamwork, motivation, and commitment. People who earn this certification can build and lead resilient teams.
Exam prep course required | 1.5-hour oral exam
RBLP-C is our coach certification. This certification is for managers with organizational improvement, innovation, and problem-solving responsibilities. Managers who earn this certification can coach teams through the experiential learning cycle.
Exam prep course required | 2.5-hour oral exam
RBLP-T is our trainer certification. This certification is for senior managers with organizational learning and development (L&D) responsibilities. Senior managers who earn this certification can teach authorized training courses that prepare people for the RBLP series of leader certification exams.

We developed the self-paced, online Leadership Fundamentals Course specifically for college students. This course will make you a better leader and more competitive for internships and jobs.
This course introduces college students to 21 core leadership tasks that everyone entering the workforce should understand. Course topics include Creating a Positive Climate, Developing Cohesion, and Providing Purpose. Audio versions of the lessons and bonus video content are also included.

The Montgomery, Chester, and Bucks counties PA metro area, part of the broader Philadelphia-Camden-Wilmington, PA-NJ-DE-MD metro region, is a significant and vibrant area in southeastern Pennsylvania. Education is a cornerstone of the Montgomery-Chester-Bucks PA metro area, with numerous higher education institutions attracting students from across the nation and around the globe. Villanova University and West Chester University in Chester County are well-regarded for their diverse academic offerings. Montgomery County is home to Bryn Mawr College and Haverford College, which are part of the prestigious Tri-College Consortium. Bucks County offers several community college options, including Bucks County Community College, a vital educational resource for local residents.
Culturally, the area is rich in arts, theater, and historical sites. The Michener Art Museum in Bucks County and the People’s Light in Chester County are cultural gems, offering art exhibitions and theatrical productions that draw audiences from throughout the metro area. While the area does not host any major professional sports teams, the local universities and high schools boast competitive sports programs. Additionally, recreational activities like golf, hiking, and cycling are popular among residents, supported by the area’s numerous parks and trails.
Major attractions in the metro area include Longwood Gardens in Chester County, one of the premier botanical gardens in the United States, offering extensive gardens, woodlands, and a range of events throughout the year. In Montgomery County, the King of Prussia Mall provides extensive shopping opportunities as one of the largest shopping malls in the country. Bucks County is famous for its covered bridges and historic settlements like New Hope, a popular destination for both shopping and entertainment.
