At Lifelong Development, our mission is to add value to leaders who multiply value to employees and customers. This mission has driven us since 2016 to equip leaders from well-known companies like U.S. Air Force, U.S. Army, U.S. Navy, 360 painting, and the United Service Organizations (USO), as well as small businesses and non-profit organizations.

Prior to being the CEO and lead facilitator of Lifelong Development, Karen served her country in the United States Air Force for 20 years and was successful in developing and leading the next generations of military leaders. The strength of Karen’s prior leadership background gives her the ability to coach and mentor individuals and organizations through unknown and challenging times, providing awareness and solid plans to move toward positive results.

Mark served the United States Special Operations Command as an enlisted member of its Naval Special Warfare component and will retire this year after 23 years of service.  He holds a Master’s Degree from the Naval Postgraduate School and is a certified Resilience-Building Leadership Professional Trainer.  Through his time spent working in uncertain environments, Mark discovered that leadership is not about existing structure, rank, position, certification, or education. Leadership is about being subject to the team and serving their interests, before their own, in line with the mission and ethos of the organization.  Mark is proud to be a member of the Lifelong Development Team and is sincere in his desire to pass on his knowledge gained through both success and failure.

Lifelong Development is proud to be an authorized training partner (ATP) for the Resilience-Building Leader Program (RBLP) certification program. Your experience with a Lifelong Development facilitator will foster awareness and insight into, not only the RBLP concepts but also into your own personal leadership development.
