The RBLP Payment Plan requires a down payment of 30-50% (customer chooses down payment amount) using a credit card. Equal monthly payments of the remaining balance with NO interest are charged to the credit card over the next 6-12 months (customer chooses the length of payment plan).

The Department of Defense (DoD) COOL program provides funding for military service members to earn a professional certification. The Resilience-Building Leader Program series of leadership certifications are approved for members of the Army, Navy, Marines, Air Force, and Coast Guard. Eligibility and funding criteria are determined by each military service.

Veterans can use GI Bill benefits to pay for approved certification exams (exam only, prep training is not funded). We have submitted the RBLP certifications for consideration to the appropriate agencies and hope to be approved soon.
