Description

Our certification exams are issued orally in English or Spanish by exam evaluators via video conference. No special software downloads are required. During the 3.5-hour RBLP-T oral exam, the applicant is required to show competence of factual, conceptual, and procedural knowledge in the Create Positive Climate, Develop Cohesion, Provide Purpose, Facilitate Team Learning, and Support Organizational Learning competency domains.
