Build Resilient Teams. Transform Your Business.
The Resilience-Building Leader Program is thrilled to be working with our partners at the Lamar Institute of Technology (LIT) on a program that is poised to benefit small and mid-size businesses in the state of Texas – delivering leadership training directly to front-line supervisors to help face challenges together.
The RBLP leadership certification for Front-Line Supervisors is 100% covered by the Texas Workforce Commission (TWC) Skills Development Fund COVID-19 Special Initiative. TWC is the agency charged with overseeing and providing workforce development services to employers and job seekers in the state, strengthening the Texas economy by supporting an incredibly skilled workforce ready to attract enterprise and give Texans a competitive edge to draw business to the Lone Star State.

Businesses in Texas will be able to apply for their supervisors to receive our RBLP level certification through LIT at no cost, other than the time involved for teams to train and take the exam. We at RBLP are thrilled to be able to offer our program to businesses all over the state of Texas through our remote video conference format, making it easy for virtually any company to participate and give their front-line supervisors the training that will take their organization to the next level. RBLP’s faculty are located across the US and internationally, so we are flexible to work with each employee’s schedule!
With so many community and local businesses impacted by the COVID-19 pandemic, TWC’s Skills Development Fund Special Initiative allows employers to obtain training for existing employees and new hires, giving them an opportunity to bolster their teams at this critical time with valuable new skills. The fund covers the costs of training through partnerships with public community and technical colleges (such as LIT), Workforce Development Boards and Texas A&M’s Engineering Extension Service (TEEX).
Facing challenging circumstances is so much easier when organizations and teams do it together, putting an emphasis on people first. RBLP certification is designed to ensure that leaders are ready to build resilient teams and guide them through creating a positive climate, developing cohesion, and providing purpose. The results of resilient teamwork are manifold: Higher levels of job satisfaction and morale, an increased level of commitment from employees, higher productivity and motivation and decreased turnover, to name just a few.
RBLP leadership certifications are about Building Resilient Teams™ that overcome adversity and then can adapt and grow!
