The Resilience-Building Leader Program is thrilled to announce that we were recognized by U.S. Secretary of Labor Eugene Scalia as one of the 675 recipients of the 2020 HIRE Vets Platinum Medallion Award during an award ceremony at the U.S. Department of Labor.

HIREVets Medallion AwardsRBLP earned the Platinum Small Business Award; The HIRE Vets Medallion Award is earned by leading businesses that demonstrate unparalleled commitment hiring and retaining veterans. It is based on a number of criteria, ranging from hiring and retention to providing veteran-specific resources, leadership programming, dedicated human resources, and compensation and tuition assistance programs.

In 2020, RBLP awarded FY20 Air Force and Sea Services scholarships to individual servicemembers to pay for certification exam prep training not covered by their respective COOL programs in excess of $170,000; in addition, there are currently over 70 U.S. military veterans among the executive team, faculty and staff of our organization. We’re extremely proud to be recognized with this elite award, and to share this news with our family, friends, and colleagues as we prepare to extend our worldwide community of practice in 2021.
