Still Serving Veterans Joins RBLP’s Giving Back Program

As part of our ever-growing RBLP “Giving Back” program, we are thrilled to announce that our team is certifying members of the staff of Still Serving Veterans in Building Resilient Teams™!

Still Serving Veterans staff working at an eventWith two locations – in Huntsville and Phenix City, Alabama, respectively – Still Serving Veterans’ mission is to serve and honor veterans and their families by empowering them to build meaningful lives through connections to fulfilling careers, benefits and services; and to proactively strengthen veteran communities through leadership and collaboration.

Among their programs are career and transition services to help Veterans and their families locate meaningful employment, access the VA benefits they’ve earned, and get connected to community resources they need. Every career counselor on staff is a veteran themselves, who understand the needs of their clientele with an individually tailored, relationship-based counseling approach.

The Still Serving Veterans staff are being instructed by Rick Dyksterhouse and Matthew Brink, who volunteered their time to teach the exam prep training course.

Taking care of our community is a core value at the Resilience-Building Leader Program. Our primary Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiative is to provide RBLP exam prep and leadership certifications to front-line supervisors, middle managers, and senior leaders at selected charitable nonprofit organizations at no cost.
