Along with our support of the US Navy, US Marines and US Air Force COOL Programs, this outreach to our service men and women in the Army reflects our ongoing commitment to provide personal and professional development to those serving in the United States military forces. Soldiers from Regular Army, Army National Guard, United States Army Reserve- Officers, Warrant Officers, Noncommissioned Officers, and Enlisted are eligible to participate in the Credentialing Assistance (CA) program.

COOL is a resource for:
- Soldiers who want to know what civilian credentials relate to their MOS and how to obtain them.
- Education, Career and Transition Counselors providing guidance on education, professional growth, and career requirements and opportunities.
- Army Recruiters who want to show potential recruits the opportunities for professional growth and civilian career preparation available through Army service.
- Employers and Credentialing Boards interested in how military training and experience prepares Soldiers for civilian credentials and jobs.
Visit your U.S. Army education center / offices so they can receive your Credential Plan, review, then escalate it to Army Credentialing and Continuing Education Services for Soldiers (ACCESS), Army University (ArmyU) for processing / approval. They may fund training and your exam!
