RBLP Community of Practice
Our vision is to create a worldwide community of practice committed to the idea of Building Resilient Teams™.
A community of practice is a group of people informally bound together by shared expertise and passion for a joint enterprise. Earning an RBLP, RBLP-C, or RBLP-T certification is the best way to demonstrate your expertise and passion.
Professional Development
Reading is essential for professional development. We encourage our certification holders to read regularly. Reading promotes reflection and critical thinking about the competency domains, leader tasks, and supporting knowledge associated with each level of certification.
See the books on our Professional Reading List as well as magazine and newsletter articles relevant to each competency domain.
Credly Badges
Each RBLP, RBLP-C, and RBLP-T certification holder is issued a Credly digital badge.
A badge issued through the Credly platform is a digital representation of a learning outcome, experience, or competency.
Credly badges can be shared and verified online in a way that is easy and secure. Credly badges link to metadata that provides context and verification. They can be shared across the Internet for maximum visibility and recognition.
A viewer can click on your badge and will be taken back to Credly to view all the details of your achievement.
You can also share your complete Credly profile to provide an employer with the full context of your abilities, represented by the various badges you’ve earned and managed through Credly’s platform.
More information about the Credly badge is on our FAQ page.

Recertification
Recertification is required every three years to maintain your current level of certification. Certification holders are required to complete a recertification application and professional development exercise detailing how they have implemented applicable leader tasks in the workplace during the previous three years.
