We authorize 4-year colleges and universities to teach our Building and Leading Resilient Teams exam prep course. We also authorize 2-year community and technical colleges to offer the course as WIOA (Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act) approved and funded workforce development opportunity.
Our Authorized Education Partners offer regularly scheduled, instructor-led courses for up to 12 students who meet virtually for seven weeks.

Eligible active-duty military and veterans can be reimbursed for the cost of the Building and Leading Resilient Teams course. See our GI Bill® approved providers and required VA Form 22-10272 below. Upload the completed form through QuickSubmit on AccessVARequest. Include copies of your enrollment verification and payment receipt.

RBLP-C is our leader certification for managers and people seeking a management position. Instructor-led leader training course required.
3.5-hour oral exam.
RBLP-T is our leader certification for senior managers and people seeking a senior management position. Instructor-led leader training course required.
