Resilience Coaching Institute (RCI), we embody a theory that to effectively lead others, people must first learn to lead themselves. We have created an organization that intentionally focuses on the stages of adult development and the factors that determine leadership growth. We began with a partnership of academically driven, well-researched data and over 60 combined years of real-world leadership experience, in the military, and in the corporate and consulting arenas.

We have partnered with RBLP because we have seen first-hand, the positive impact that the coursework and credentials can have on individuals and organizations. We promise you that you won’t be disappointed with the material or delivery. Alongside the RBLP exam preparation, we also offer opportunities to receive an EQi 2.0 and/or EQ-360 assessment and a thorough follow-on coaching session to discuss the results. The partnership of RCI’s co-founders brings with it a unique combination of life and leadership experience that has proven to be effective in connecting with clients from a multitude of backgrounds.

Nick Sollenberger is a Naval Officer and Executive Leadership Coach with leadership experience in combat environments, expeditionary medicine, and talent management. He is certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) and as a Professional Certified Coach (PCC). He holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from The Ohio State University, with a focused concentration in Organizational Leadership.

Micky Reese is an accomplished, award-winning professional with a comprehensive background in business operations management, coaching, consulting, development, and human resources. He engages in steering change and transformation and analyzes business strategies for future development and increased revenue. He is knowledgeable in corporate governance and has expertise as an independent director and board member.
