Sailors can earn a leadership certification online no matter where they are stationed globally.


Eligible active-duty Sailors can use GI Bill® benefits to pay for Building and Leading Resilient Teams exam prep training provided by our Authorized Education and Training Partners and our Resilience-Building Leader Program (RBLP®certification exams.

Navy units can use SF182 and the government charge card to pay for Building and Leading Resilient Teams exam prep training and the Resilience-Building Leader Program (RBLP®certification exams. Please visit our Government Employees page for more information.

RBLP
is for front-line supervisors.

Sailors at pay grades
E4 and E5

RBLP-C
is for middle managers.

Sailors at pay grade
O1, O2, W1, and E6
