We authorize 4-year colleges and universities to teach instructor-led Building and Leading Resilient Teams courses (3, 5, and/or 7 modules) that prepare people for the RBLP, RBLP-C, and RBLP-T certification exams.
We also authorize 2-year community and technical colleges to offer these courses as Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA) approved and funded training opportunity.
