RBLP-C is our coach certification. This certification is for managers with organizational improvement, innovation, and problem-solving responsibilities. Managers who earn this certification can coach teams through the experiential learning cycle.

Resilience-Building Leadership Professional® Trainer (RBLP-T)
RBLP-T is our trainer certification. This certification is for senior managers with organizational learning and development (L&D) responsibilities. Senior managers who earn this certification can teach authorized training courses that prepare people for the RBLP series of leader certification exams.

Leadership Fundamentals Course
We developed the self-paced, online Leadership Fundamentals Course specifically for college students. This course will make you a better leader and more competitive for internships and jobs.
This course introduces college students to 21 core leadership tasks that everyone entering the workforce should understand. Course topics include Creating a Positive Climate, Developing Cohesion, and Providing Purpose. Audio versions of the lessons and bonus video content are also included.
The course cost is only $145. Complete the course to earn a certificate and digital badge.
