Our certification exams are issued orally in English or Spanish by exam administrators via Microsoft Teams video conference. You will receive a calendar invite to your certification exam via email within three (3) business days of scheduling. No special software downloads are required. Review our exam policies prior to scheduling your exam. During the 3.5-hour RBLP-T certification exam, the applicant is required to show competence of factual (what), conceptual (why), and procedural (how) knowledge in the Create Positive Climate, Develop Cohesion, Provide Purpose, Facilitate Team Learning, and Support Organizational Learning competency domains. Applicants that pass this exam are awarded the Resilience-Building Leadership Professional® Trainer (RBLP™-T) certification.
